Job Description

Area Sales Head Sanitary Ware Industry

Base Location:

Job Responsibilities

Manage and expand sales operations across
Kota, Udaipur, and Bhilwara
Develop, appoint, and strengthen
dealer & distributor networks
Drive
channel sales, secondary sales, and market penetration
Achieve
regional sales targets, volume growth, and profitability
Monitor
market trends, competitor activities & pricing strategies
Lead, guide, and motivate the
regional sales team
Ensure
timely collections, claims & credit control
Coordinate with
HO, supply chain, accounts, and marketing teams
Prepare
sales MIS, forecasting & performance reports

Requirements

Minimum
5+ years of sales experience
(Sanitary Ware / Ceramics / Tiles / Bath Fittings / Building Materials preferred Any Industry also considered)
Strong exposure to
channel management & distributor development
Proven track record of
achieving regional sales targets
Excellent
leadership, negotiation & communication skills
Willingness to
travel across the assigned territory
