Area Sales Executive

We are seeking an area sales officer to grow and lead an active network of insurance advisors. This role involves strategy-driven field activities, advisor training, and achieving monthly goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of sales executives in achieving monthly targets

- Share daily work updates

- Build good customer relationships

- Follow up consistently to drive conversions

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduation (Any stream) - Mandatory

- Experience: 2+ years in sales/marketing (insurance, finance, FMCG, or similar)

- BFSI experience preferred

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
