Job Description

Position: Sales Person / Area Sales Executive* *Key Responsibilities:* - Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories. - Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity and market trends. - Promote company products through direct visits, meetings, and presentations. - Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch, and customer support. - Submit daily and weekly sales reports to management. *Qualifications & Skills:* - Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/B.Sc preferred); an MBA in Marketing is a plus. - 1 to 5 years of experience in sales or marketing (experience in the plastic, building materials, or related industry is preferred). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel. - Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, reporting). **Compensation: ** - Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience). - Travel allowance: Additional compensation depending on the position.
