Area Sales Executive

As a Sales and Marketing professional with at least 5 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to oversee UPVC doors & windows Sales in the assigned area while also providing operational support. Your goal will be to achieve Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Sales targets by engaging with direct Clients and leveraging your expertise in Project Sales. This will involve interacting with Architects, Builders, and Contractors to generate leads and secure business opportunities. Building strong relationships with New & Existing Project partners will be crucial, as you will play a key role in encouraging them to promote our products to clients. Your role will also involve finalizing orders by delivering an exceptional sales experience and addressing client queries effectively, ensuring they have a clear understanding of all technical and non-technical aspects of their projects. Continuous learning is essential in this role, as you will be required to attend regular training sessions to enhance your understanding of the technical aspects of our products. As a strategic thinker, you will be expected to identify and develop new business opportunities, focusing on both Retail & Project Sales. Key Account Management and the implementation of promotional activities will also be part of your responsibilities to achieve assigned sales and collection targets. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a minimum of 5 years of Sales & Marketing experience, specifically in UPVC doors & windows. A qualification in MBA Marketing or any Graduate degree is preferred. You should be result-oriented, fluent in English and the local language, and possess a proactive and self-driven attitude. Experience in visiting Project Sales & Private Sectors, along with a strong market knowledge of the particular zone, will be advantageous.
