Job Description

You are looking for Business Development Managers who are eager to be a part of a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment and collaborate with business leaders who share the same mission. The mission for 2025 is to revolutionize the delivery of learning by impacting over 1 million children annually, striving towards the vision to democratize quality early education. As a key member of the expanding BDM team, your contribution will be instrumental in achieving the goal of expanding from the current 700 partner schools to over 7000 schools by 2025. Your Responsibilities will primarily revolve around selling products and services to potential customers within the assigned location/region. This will involve travelling to these locations to introduce and maintain the supply of products/services to target consumers and existing clients. It will be crucial to understand the customers" needs, identify sales opportunities, educate clients/customers on the financial and professional benefits of the products/services, arrange meetings, visit clients/customers, and create new leads within the assigned locations. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining records/database of all sales leads, managing multiple accounts simultaneously, focusing on increasing company sales, preparing and submitting sales reports, updating the CRM system, and representing the brand during customer interactions. To be successful in this role, you should have 0-3 years of sales experience, be a graduate in any field, proficient in English, Hindi, and any local language, with previous experience in a sales position being preferred. The job location will be in Pune/Noida. Your Skills & Abilities should include the ability to multitask and adhere to processes, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, strong customer servicing skills, effective listening and sales skills, self-motivation, results-driven mindset, and a collaborative team player. Flexibility to travel when required is essential. The offered salary for this position is 3-5 LPA Fixed + 1.5 Variables. Your main skills for this role will involve Sales, Field Sales, Educational technology, and Sales and operations planning.,
