Our waterproofing service division, Guardia Smart Build Care, adds an extra layer of excellence to our comprehensive offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned area.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, trends, and competitive landscape to optimize sales opportunities.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our emulsion paints and waterproofing services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Promotions and Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and drive sales growth.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and market insights to the management team.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach towards business objectives.
• Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to continuously enhance personal and team performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the paint or construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
