The ideal candidate will be a graduate with excellent communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Tamil , and will play a key role in supporting customer engagement, order coordination, and brand representation. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person visits. Provide product information and guidance to customers and dealers. Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order processing and delivery follow-ups. Maintain a good relationship with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Maintain records of interactions, feedback, and orders. Assist in local marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and client meetings if required. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree mandatory). Prior experience in customer service, front office, or sales coordination will be an added advantage.
