Area Sales Executive

As a suitable candidate for this role, you are expected to have a Graduate/Post Graduate educational qualification along with competencies in Market Execution, Business Development, Channel Partner Management, Selling, and Negotiation. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring the achievement of secondary sales targets, setting objectives for AW, breaking objectives for AWSM (Beat-Wise), ensuring communication of objectives to AW, and periodic tracking of objectives. You will also be responsible for AW Management by aligning, supporting, and motivating AW to meet business objectives, ensuring adequate infrastructure and systems, and acting as a commercial interface between AW and BIL. Additionally, you will be required to coach, manage, and evaluate AWSM performance by coaching AWSM on BIL best practices and WOW, training AWSM on the sales call process, evaluating their performance periodically, and providing on-the-job support/guidance for addressing territory-specific issues. You will also need to ensure adequate service levels in the market, build business in existing and new outlets, execute visibility implementation and merchandising, and implement the launch of new consumer promos/trade schemes and products. Market intelligence will be a key aspect of your role where you will be responsible for collecting and reporting required market information on competitor activities such as promotions (trade & consumer), service day, off-take, prices, new launches, visibility, etc. Maintaining records and systems including PJP data, MIS reporting, and ensuring the hub of UDAAN will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will represent Britannia for consumer complaints by visiting consumers to address and sort quality complaints, as well as informing quality about the status of complaints.
