Area Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, and expanding our customer base within the assigned area. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and customer needs
• Schedule regular visits to customers and conduct product demonstrations
• Ensure timely collection of payments and manage accounts receivables
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
• Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and exhibitions
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in HVAC, electronics
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
