Area Sales Executive (ASE) – South Chennai

Parle Agro’s Bailley franchisee (Benir E-Store Solutions Pvt. Ltd.), We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Executive (ASE) to manage and grow our presence in the General Trade segment in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving sales, and expanding market share in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new GT Distributor in the Chennai region.
• Develop strong relationships with decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering services.
• Execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand brand visibility.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and ensure timely payments from clients.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the management.
• Maintain and update client database and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order delivery and service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Any Bachelor’s degree.
• 5-8 years of experience in GT sales, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or GT Distributor segment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Knowledge of the Chennai market and local language (Tamil) is a must.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
