Drive business growth and order intake across Oil & Gas, Chemical, Polymer, Paint, Pharma and Food industries
Promote and sell German-engineered agitators and customized process equipment solutions
Identify new leads, manage opportunities and convert projects into confirmed orders
Understand customer process requirements and propose technically optimized, value-driven solutions
Prepare, submit and negotiate techno-commercial proposals in coordination with engineering teams
Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, licensors and end users
Participate in technical meetings, bid clarifications and commercial negotiations
Track market trends, competitor activities and upcoming capital investment projects
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
24 years of experience in technical sales / business development within process industries
Strong understanding of industrial equipment and engineered solutions
Confident communicator with solid negotiation and closing skills
Performance-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Willingness to travel across the assigned North India territory
Experience in Oil & Gas and EPC-driven project sales
Working knowledge of agitators, mixing systems or rotating equipment
Base Location: New Delhi
Territory: Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh
Represent German engineering quality and reliable process solutions
