Area Manager/Supervisor

• Formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success
• Set standards and objectives for different work locations
• Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency
• Lead a team of Industrial catering site supervisors towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
• Undertake sound financial management to ensure sites are profitable and stay within budget
• Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
• Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
• Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
• Report to senior executives on progress and issues
• should be able to hire new employees as per their requirements
• Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition
• will be responsible for P&L of all sites falling under his Area of operations
• must come up with solutions to various issues faced by the employees

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
