Area Manager

As a Sales Support and Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Sales team in achieving business activities efficiently and in alignment with the overall Business Strategy. Your responsibilities will include supporting the team in reaching sales targets, engaging customers and key clients in marketing activities and sales promotion campaigns, as outlined by the organization. Additionally, you will be involved in managing the training of the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, execution skills, and staying updated on current marketing trends. Collaboration and alignment with various stakeholders such as accounting, supply chain, marketing, and HR will be essential to ensure the effective delivery of business objectives. This role requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners to drive success.
