Job Description

Role & responsibilities Overall management of business in the respective Area office Sales volume/ MS growth Revenue generation and growth Responsible for the achievement of the annual targets in sales and service. Responsible for creating enhanced awareness of brand Ashok Leyland and building market share. Main Accountabilities: To Strategize to achieve Sales volume vs Target Key Responsibility for achieving Market Share of the product verticals in the respective area office Support for launch of new products in their territory Ensure adherence to PRISM Process at Channels / Dealer locations Lead, Motivate and Manage the sales and service team in the respective territory Enhance customer connect and customer satisfaction. Monitor costs, implement cost saving measures and ensure profitability of the dealer point. Plan, Budget, Forecast To Identify Netwrok gaps and onboard new ones To Improve Customer Satisfaction To enable Market activations (activities) & evaluate efectiveness and necesary course correction Key Account Management/ acquisition/ increase share Competition analysis Inventory and WC management Nurture collaboration of cross functional platforms People & Talent Management Manage administration Profile B. E / Diploma/B.Tech with 15-18 years of experience Experience of handling team is preferred Ability to drive team members for stretch results Should be willing to travel extensively Knowledge on CV range of products and its aggregates will be ideal Experience in Sales and Service will be an added advantage
