Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Service Operations Management

Monitor and manage day-to-day service operations across multiple watch service centers.
Ensure timely completion of repairs, servicing, and quality checks.
Implement service SOPs, best practices, and company guidelines consistently across all locations.
Conduct periodic audits of tools, equipment, and workflow efficiency.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, guide, and motivate Watch Technicians, Service Executives, and Store Service Staff.
Conduct skill assessments, identify training needs, and coordinate upskilling programs.
Set performance targets and evaluate technician productivity and quality standards.

3. Customer Experience & Issue Resolution

Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely service delivery and quality repairs.
Address escalated customer complaints and provide quick, effective solutions.
Monitor service feedback and support stores in improving customer service quality.

4. Inventory & Spare Parts Management

Oversee stock levels of spare parts, tools, and consumables across service points.
Coordinate with procurement for replenishment and track usage effectively.
Ensure optimal inventory control to avoid delays and overstocking.

5. Reporting & Compliance

Prepare and share weekly/monthly service performance reports with senior management.
Monitor service revenue, warranty claims, and cost control measures.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, operational guidelines, and company policies.

6. Inter-Department Coordination

Liaise with retail, accounts, HR, and logistics teams for smooth cross-functional operations.
Work closely with brand partners for warranty claims, service approvals, and technical updates.
