Job Description

We are looking for a highly ed and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team in the Professional Loans department. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the professional loans portfolio, ensuring timely repayment and high-quality service delivery.

Develop and implement strategies to increase loan volumes and market share in the professional loans segment.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and services that meet customer needs.

Monitor and control risk associated with professional loans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of the banking or financial services industry, preferably in a similar role.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving s.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Strong analytical and decision-making s, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience working with professional loans or similar products is an advantage.

Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
