Area Manager (Motor Insurance)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive motor insurance sales growth across the assigned area
• Manage and expand distribution channels including agents, brokers, POS, and dealerships
• Achieve monthly and annual premium, revenue, and market-share targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with auto dealers, OEMs, and corporate partners
• Monitor policy issuance, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities
• Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company underwriting guidelines
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales teams and channel partners
• Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams for seamless service delivery
• Prepare MIS reports and present performance reviews to senior managemen

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
