Job Description

As a Mortgage Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage mortgage sales and drive profitable sales growth in accordance with targets. You will have overall ownership of the Mortgage business for the assigned locations or cluster. Your role involves understanding customer requirements, building relationships with clients, managing IRR for growth, and achieving profit targets for the locations. Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, team management, ensuring market penetration, and introducing new marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customers" requirements and ensure prompt service delivery. - Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business. - Manage weighted IRR to achieve profitable growth. - Achieve profit targets for the assigned cluster of locations. - Ensure 100% compliance to meet sales targets. - Recruit, train, and motivate team members to minimize attrition. - Keep delinquency ratio low for the portfolio. - Identify training needs to enhance team performance. - Ensure monthly market penetration is achieved. - Identify and set up operations in upcoming markets. - Display effective operations management, team leadership, and strong relationship skills. - Coordinate with the product team to introduce new marketing and sales promotion initiatives. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Proven experience in mortgage sales and team management. - Strong understanding of financial products and markets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Certification in Mortgage Sales will be an added advantage.,
