Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales:

    • Drive the Micro LAP business to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and disbursement targets.
    • Source new customers and acquire business through various channels, including direct sales, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and connectors/channel partners.
    • Plan and execute sales activities based on local market dynamics and competitor analysis.
  • Team Leadership & Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives or branch managers to ensure high performance.
    • Set performance expectations, provide coaching, and monitor team productivity.
    • Oversee the operations of multiple locations/branches within the assigned area, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
