Job Description

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of multiple stores or locations within a specific geographic region. Your primary duties will include ensuring that all locations meet company standards, achieve sales targets, and maintain profitability. You will also be tasked with leading and developing teams, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to improve overall performance and efficiency. In this role, you will be expected to develop franchise opportunities and promote sales within your designated area. You will also be responsible for overseeing the activities of the franchises under your supervision and providing support to the marketing staff from the franchise. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. In addition to your base salary, performance bonuses may be available based on achieving specified targets. The work location for this role is in person, requiring your presence at various store locations within your assigned region.,
