Key Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in financial services, with a strong focus on rural tractor and commercial vehicle financing.
  
• Proven track record in managing large teams and consistently achieving or exceeding business targets.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively within

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Banks & NBFCs to ensure efficient disbursement of tractor and commercial vehicle loans.
  
• Lead and coordinate daily interactions with Cluster Heads and Field Officers.
  
• Monitor business performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide actionable, constructive feedback to drive results.
