About the Role:

Are you a hands-on Operations Supervisor with strong People Management skills?
Join BiziBean, a fast-growing coffee chain serving up premium brews at 100+ locations nationwide, including standalone outlets in Delhi-NCR and PVR-INOX cinemas across India.

We are looking for Area Managers to manage day-to-day operations for our cinema counters in their respective states. Each Area In Charge will oversee 10–20+ BiziBean locations inside PVR-INOX cinemas and lead a team of 10–30 employees.

While this position is remote from Noida HQ, it requires daily communication with the Management Team and regular ground-level travel within the assigned state. All travel etc is reimbursed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across 10–20+ Cinema Locations in your State
• Supervise 25+ Employees, providing support as need be
• Liase with Regional Manager and PVR-Inox Cinema Teams, addressing any queries and resolving all issues
• Communicate with Management daily, implementing any decisions and policies
• Oversee set up of new Cinema Locations
• And More++

Who We Are Looking For:

• 1+ Years in Managing Teams
• Native Fluency in Hindi or English (Non-Negotiable)
• Native Fluency in the primary local Language of your state (Non-Negotiable)
• Strong People Skills
• Strong Management Skills
