Develop and implement sales strategies for POSPs to achieve targets and overall business goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth in the POSP channel.
Recruit, train, and mentor POSPs to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform effectively.
Set clear performance expectations and regularly monitor individual and team performance.
Provide coaching and support to improve sales productivity and customer service.
Establish and manage sales targets for POSPs and monitor their performance against set objectives.
Take proactive steps to address any gaps in performance and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Build and maintain strong relationships with POSPs, ensuring they are engaged and motivated.
Regularly communicate with POSPs to understand their challenges, offer solutions, and ensure their needs are being met.
Ensure that POSPs are well-trained on product features, benefits, and selling points.
Provide continuous product and sales training to the POSP team to enhance their sales effectiveness.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Provide feedback to senior management on the performance of POSPs and channel effectiveness.
Identify new business opportunities and prospects to grow the customer base.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure POSPs have the right materials to drive sales.
Ensure that POSPs comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Address any issues related to compliance and ensure all sales activities are conducted with integrity.
