As an Area Head-Unsecured in the Retail Banking division of Rural Banking, your primary job purpose is to grow and nurture the Unsecured Book, ensure book health, focus on New Products (PL & Agri), and champion serving the underserved. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Effectively manage the team of cluster heads to achieve business growth and maintain above 99.8% collections across all products. - Drive business growth in each unsecured loans product with equal focus. - Identify products and branches that need improvement and develop strategies to bring them up. - Create and execute business plans with precision as expected by the organization. - Strategize and plan for each product and branch based on their performance in business and collections. - Implement measures to control attrition and focus on people development. - Increase market penetration of our products to ensure a rise in market share. **Secondary Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with the Product and process team for continuous improvements and recommend necessary changes. - Encourage digital adoption within the team. - Stay updated on market practices and propose the implementation of best practices. - Recruit the best talent to meet business requirements. **Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:** - Execute organization strategies and ensure effective alignment of the team to create a healthy organizational culture. - Focus on leadership development within the team. **Key Success Metrics:** - Continuous growth in Business. - Maintain current bucket collections at 99.8% and minimize compliance issues.
