Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
: You are a leader of leaders. Your primary responsibility is to manage the entire Circle team, which includes other managers, and align them with the organization's vision and objectives. This involves a heavy focus on strategic planning and mentoring your direct reports.
Sales and Performance Management
: You are ultimately responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets for your entire region. This requires a deep understanding of sales productivity, the ability to monitor key metrics, and the skill to make appropriate course corrections to hit goals.
Talent Development
: A core part of your job is to build a healthy and productive team. This includes providing direct support and coaching to your managers, identifying skills gaps, and ensuring that your entire team is trained and developed for long-term success.
Ethics and Integrity
: You are the final authority for the actions of your team, and you must build conviction within them to uphold high organizational values and ensure business ethics in every action.
Recruitment and Growth
: You will be directly involved in recruiting top talent from the market and converting high-performing team members into new managers, thereby expanding the entire distribution network.
