As a Graduate with 6-8 years of experience in the MFI/NBFC/BFSI industry, you will be responsible for leading a team and managing operations efficiently. With a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Branch Manager and team-handling skills, you are expected to demonstrate strong leadership abilities and ensure the team's success. Proficiency in MS Office is essential for this role to handle various administrative tasks effectively. Additionally, possessing a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory for this position, as travel may be required. A smartphone is also necessary to stay connected and access relevant information on-the-go.
