ROLE & KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for strategizing, launching, and scaling up business operations in new markets

2. Possess a cross-functional approach and define the medium & long-term roadmap to achieve growth & profitability targets for your cluster

3. Brand building by creating and executing local marketing strategies

4. Evaluate and roll out new product features and other innovative offerings

5. Identify, communicate and work towards Profit Maximization by implementing Cost &Time management effectively. Coordinate License related documents.

6. Should be commercially aware

7. Manage a team of dynamic individuals

8. Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment.

9. Strategic thinking and sound business judgment

10. Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to seek, create, negotiate and close a deal.

11. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

12. Should be street smart and understand the local market

13. Must have experience in opening a new store, QSR.

14. Ability to productively collaborate with multiple internal & external stakeholders through solid project management and communication

15. Data-driven decision-making mentality and strong analytical thinking, along with a creative solutions-driven mindset
