Key Responsibilities

• Credit Assessment & Approval:

  Perform credit assessments for home loan, LAP, and NRP applications for both self-employed and salaried customers. Prepare the

  Credit Appraisal Memo (CAM)

  and proposal notes. Approve cases up to the assigned limit and recommend high-value cases to senior management.

• Risk Management:

  Assess and mitigate risks associated with each loan proposal. Ensure all proposals comply with legal, technical, and sanction conditions.

• Portfolio & Quality Control:

  Maintain a portfolio of lenders and ensure loan quality is at par with bank standards.

• Team & Operations Management:

  Handle branch dockets for the disbursement process. Manage a team and

  Credit Processing Agencies (CPAs)

  to ensure smooth operations and maintain a healthy

  Credit Turnaround Time (TAT)

  .

• Reporting:

  Maintain a daily

  MIS (Management Information System)

  for various branches to track performance.
