We are hiring an Area Business Manager for Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the BFSI sector with knowledge of Life Insurance.

Position Details

• Designation: Area Business Manager
• Location: Kolkata - All Area
• CTC: ₹3.50 – ₹5.50 LPA
• Experience Required: BFSI Sales & Team Handling
• Age Limit: 25 to 45 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve business targets for the assigned region.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team to ensure productivity.
• Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Generate business growth through Life Insurance products.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate (mandatory).
• 3+ years of experience in BFSI sector with knowledge of Life Insurance.
• Proven track record in sales and team management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under targets and deliver results.
