We are hiring an Area Business Manager to drive business growth in the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Life Insurance sales, team handling, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor & manage a high-performing sales team
• Drive Life Insurance & BFSI product sales to meet business goals
• Develop business strategies for customer acquisition & retention
• Build strong relationships with customers & channel partners
• Ensure compliance with company & regulatory guidelines

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in BFSI sector
• At least 1 year of experience in Life Insurance sales (mandatory)
• Proven track record in team management & business development
• Graduation required
