Area Business Manager - Kakinada

As a Sales Manager for Loan Against Property & Business Loans in the Kakinada Region, you will have the following responsibilities: - Leading a team of Relationship Managers to generate business through Direct sourcing - Managing sales of Loan Against Property & Business Loans - Building the Sales and distribution network in the assigned territory - Recruiting, training, and monitoring team members to ensure quality service delivery - Managing the loan process from lead generation till disbursement of the loan - Ensuring synergy between sales, credit, and operation for efficient business processes The qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in sales and team management - Strong understanding of loan processes and financial services industry,
