Area Business Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned territory to achieve business objectives. 2. Lead, coach, and manage the performance of a team of Business Executives/Managers. 3. Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets. 4. Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, retailers, veterinarians, and Breeders. 5. Ensure proper implementation of trade promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives at the ground level. 6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend timely actions. 7. Collaborate closely with the supply chain and operations team to ensure product availability and fulfillment. 8. Conduct regular market visits and joint working with team members to drive productivity and assess execution. 9. Ensure adherence to all internal compliance processes including reporting, claims, and documentation. 10. Drive the adoption of digital tools improve sales efficiency and data reporting.

Minimum education and/or experience required:

1. Bachelor's Degree 2. 8-10 years of marketing and sales experience with consumer products 3. Demonstrated sales experience in Pet Food/FMCG/Pharma/Health care segment
