Area Business Executive- Sales

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned territory. Product Promotion: Promote vaccine portfolio to doctors, pediatricians, and healthcare professionals through effective product detailing and scientific communication. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), distributors, and stockiest. Market Intelligence: Gather and report insights on market trends, competitor activity, and doctor feedback to the reporting manager. Coverage & Reach: Ensure regular doctor visits as per the coverage plan and maintain frequency norms for HCP engagement. Inventory & Secondary Sales Monitoring: Coordinate with distribution channels to ensure product availability and support in driving secondary sales. Compliance & Reporting: Maintain proper documentation, submit daily call reports, and adhere to organizational compliance, ethical guidelines, and SOPs. Field Coordination: Work closely with SM/ZBM and cross-functional teams to execute territory-wise strategies effectively.
