Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced Arcon PAM professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in privileged access management and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Arcon PAM solutions to enhance our security posture.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Arcon PAM solutions to manage privileged access across the organization.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to define and enforce access policies.
Provide training and support to users on how to effectively use the Arcon PAM system.
Monitor and report on privileged access activities and incidents.
Continuously improve the Arcon PAM processes and workflows.

Skills and Qualifications

8-15 years of experience in identity and access management, specifically with Arcon PAM solutions.
Strong understanding of privileged access management concepts and best practices.
Experience with implementing and managing PAM tools and solutions.
Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
Proficiency in scripting and automation tools to enhance PAM processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
