As an experienced candidate with 2.5 to 6 years of experience, your role will involve implementing ARCON PAM solutions seamlessly across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures. Your responsibilities will include defining and overseeing access control policies, managing role-based workflows, and facilitating just-in-time privilege provisioning. Additionally, you will be centralizing vaulting, rotation, and randomization of privileged credentials and SSH keys, as well as monitoring, recording, and auditing privileged sessions. You will also be tasked with integrating ARCON PAM with identity services such as Active Directory/LDAP, MFA, SIEM platforms, and ticketing tools. You will need to ensure the timely application of system updates, patches, and upgrades to uphold system availability and performance standards. Day-to-day administration, incident troubleshooting, and coordination with OEM/vendor support will also be part of your routine responsibilities. Conducting compliance checks, access reviews, and generating audit reports for stakeholders will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for creating SOPs, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and configuration documentation. Additionally, managing change, incident, and problem processes in ITSM systems will be essential to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to best practices.,
