We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in backend development and will be responsible for building and maintaining server-side applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the frontend.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems.
Design and implement APIs for seamless integration with frontend applications.
Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure system compatibility and performance.
Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance and resolve issues.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficient in backend programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or Node.js.
Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Strong understanding of RESTful services and API design principles.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
