Architecture Role - Storage and Data Protection

As a Technical Lead at Global Banking Organization, your primary responsibility is to lead the technical direction-setting for a story/epic/feature and deliver end-to-end technical outcomes for initiatives by orchestrating delivery across one or more domains. You will be required to shape and sequence initiative features on service backlogs, provide technical direction and leadership to the architecture team, and align the application roadmap to NAB technology strategy and architectural principles/patterns. - Identify service impacts and understand how new and existing target states will be consumed to deliver an initiative - Create and maintain the Target State Architecture for each capability within the domain and map all components to the asset management system - Establish the current state and target state architecture positions for the domain - Ensure asset lifecycle is maintained for every component within the domain boundary - Drive the service feature backlog grooming and raise features, epics, and stories for delivery - Provide architecture input into the prioritization of backlog items - Create impact analysis of functional and non-functional requirements and constraints on the business roadmap - Document architectural decisions to satisfy regulatory and compliance requirements for the domain - Validate design artifacts for completeness and ensure testability for effective change management - Assist Software Development Engineers in problem diagnosis and root cause analysis - Support service production releases by participating in them - Bachelor's Degree in a related field Global Banking Organization is looking for a Technical Lead with expertise in stakeholder management, communication, influencing skills, industry knowledge across banking and technology platforms, and a focus on upskilling and self-education in the Technology Domain.,
