Your primary responsibilities will include utilizing your proficiency in AutoCAD to generate precise architectural designs and construction plans. You will also be expected to use Revit for creating detailed 3D models and collaborating effectively in a BIM environment. Additionally, competence in Adobe Creative Suite is required for rendering and enhancing design presentations for client review. To excel in this role, you must be familiar with SketchUp to create versatile 3D visualizations, have strong 3D modeling skills, and understand Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes. Knowledge of sustainable design techniques and the ability to use project management software to efficiently plan, track, and manage project timelines and resources are also essential. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that project specifications and requirements are met. You will bring complex architectural concepts to life with realistic visual representations and implement sustainable design techniques to minimize environmental impact. Collaboration with project managers using BIM software to synchronize project phases and outputs will be a key aspect of your role. Participation in design reviews, adjustments based on client feedback, and staying updated on current architectural trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to projects are all important components of this position.
