JD - ServiceNow Architect (HRSD, PSM)

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
12+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture
Proficiency in HRSD, PSM and best practices
Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow development
Experience in ServiceNow platform upgrades and version migrations
Ability to design and implement ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems using APIs and web services
Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and asset management
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
