Architectural Internship

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Architectural Intern to join our dynamic design team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the architectural field and contribute to various projects, from concept development to construction documentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of design concepts, sketches, and presentations.
• Support the development of detailed drawings and architectural plans using software such as CAD and SketchUp.
• Collaborate with team members on project planning, research, and coordination.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and assist in documenting existing conditions.
• Participate in client meetings and project reviews, providing input and taking detailed notes.
• Research materials, building codes, and zoning regulations to ensure compliance.
• Create 3D models, renderings, and visualizations to communicate design ideas.
• Provide general support to the architectural team on various phases of projects.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited architecture program.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong design and visualization skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A portfolio showcasing design and technical skills is required.
