Architectural Draftsman

Role Overview: You should possess a solid understanding of building and construction elements, materials, and construction processes. A keen eye for detailing is crucial to ensure high-quality work. Collaboration within a team environment and meeting project deadlines promptly are essential. Working closely with architects to comprehend architectural concepts and create client presentation materials and construction drawings aligning with project requirements is part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with various disciplines to develop architectural plans for the main plant and ancillary buildings, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works. - Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of relevant town planning by-laws. - Work on architectural drafting using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch-up. - Ensure compliance with project requirements and deadlines. Qualifications Required: - ITI or TEB certification as a Civil Draftsman or Diploma in Architectural Assistantship. - Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch-up. - Minimum 1 year of experience in architectural drafting work at architectural or engineering consultancy firms. Additional Details: This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Benefits include health insurance and provident fund.
