Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on tasks. Draft and format reports, emails, and presentations. 2. Communication & Liaison Act as the main point of contact for internal/external communications. Handle calls, emails, and messages with professionalism. Prepare speeches, messages, and talking points for key events. Coordinate with departments to gather inputs for presentations. 3. Social Media & Public Engagement Support content creation and scheduling for Chairman/MD’s LinkedIn and public posts. Work with HR to align messages with company branding. Coordinate with media/design teams for video recordings and clips. 4. Office Management Organize files, documents, and office supplies. Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Assist in compiling reports, proposals, and summaries. 5. Executive Support Arrange travel, visas, accommodation, and itineraries. Plan logistics for board meetings, events, and engagements. Track progress on strategic initiatives and task lists. 6. Working Conditions Office-based with some travel and occasional overtime. Flexibility to adjust to the Chairman/MD’s schedule. 7.
