Our portfolio includes diverse projects such as community living, senior living, experiential retail, flexible workspaces, and urban communities. Currently, we are developing an active senior living community in partnership with Adani Realty at Shantigram Township, and commercial spaces at GIFT City, SEZ.

About the job:

Job Overview:

The In-House Architect will coordinate with external architects, services consultants, and carry out design detailing for the company's projects. This role includes project management, stakeholder collaboration, and integrating sustainable design solutions.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with external architects and review all architecture drawings

Coordinate with external consultants and review HVAC and MEPF drawings

Carry out design detailing and resolve any architectural and design issues

Oversee construction projects from conception to completion

Ensure all designs comply with regulatory standards

Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders

Create and manage project documentation

Integrate sustainable design practices and materials

Supervise and guide construction teams during the building process

Conduct site evaluations and feasibility assessments

Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements

Qualifications:

Master's degree in architecture

Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management

Strong understanding of building codes and regulations

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with architectural design software, Skills
