Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Assistant/ Draftsmen located in Chennai. The Architectural Assistant/ Draftsmen will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, assisting with planning, and creating construction-focused documents. The role includes collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure that designs align with project specifications and requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural drawings and construction drawings
• Strong knowledge of architecture and planning principles
• Attention to detail and precision in drawing preparation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Design, or related field preferred
• Experience in sustainable design practices is advantageous
