The Architect and Draftsman will be responsible for developing architectural designs, coordinating with clients, managing projects, and creating detailed drawings and plans. The role also involves working closely with the project management team to ensure project timelines and standards are met. Qualifications Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design Experience in Project Management and Client Coordination Knowledge of Software Development and Integration related to architectural tools Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field Experience in handling on-site projects and familiarity with local building codes and regulations is a plus
