Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled 3D Architect with an academic background in Architecture to join our creative team. You’ll create high-quality 3D still images and animations that translate architectural ideas into visually powerful experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop photorealistic 3D renders and immersive walkthrough animations
• Interpret architectural plans, sketches, and CAD files into 3D visual narratives
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and marketing teams to tailor content to project goals
• Maintain workflow quality, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects efficiently
• Contribute creative input on lighting, composition, and storytelling in visual content

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Strong portfolio of 3D architectural visualization work
• Proficient in tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Blender, or equivalent
• Experience in creating 3D animations and motion graphics
• Good communication skills to clearly convey ideas and collaborate with teams and clients
• Solid understanding of design intent and attention to detail

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and After Effects
• Understanding of real estate marketing and buyer psychology
• Ability to effectively communicate visual ideas and revisions with clients
