Architect

We are now looking to expand our design team by onboarding a passionate and detail-oriented Architect(INTERIORS RESIDENTIAL Projects) who will be responsible for translating client requirements into spatial design concepts and working drawings.

Candidate should perform all phases of architectural & interior work including Concept Designing & planning, designing and overseeing the site execution for residential projects.

You will be involved in new projects, refurbishments, extension projects from the conceptual stages right through to completion/final handover for residential projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 2–5 years of experience in residential interior design
• Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and current industry trends
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
• Experience with 3D rendering tools
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated with a keen eye for design and detail
