Job Title: Architect - Fresher also can

Looking for B.ARCH candidates only !

Responsibilities:

Design Development: Contribute to the development of architectural concepts and participate in the design process from inception to completion.

Drafting and Modeling: Produce detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using 3d software's.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, engineers, and clients, to contribute to the successful execution of projects.

Research and Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable practices, bringing fresh ideas to the design table.

Presentation: Assist in the preparation of design presentations, effectively communicating concepts to internal teams and clients.

Construction Documentation: Contribute to the development of construction documents, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 0-3 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and 3D modeling software.
• Strong design sensibility and the ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles is an asset.
