Job Title: 3D Artist – Visualization for Architecture & Real Estate Companies Company: Vector Solutions Location: SIPCOT IT Park, Siruseri, Chennai, India Job Type: Full-time About Us: At Vector Solutions, we specialize in delivering cutting-edge visualization solutions for the architecture and real estate industries. We partner with top architects, developers, and real estate firms to bring their visions to life through compelling 3D content that informs, inspires, and sells. Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled 3D Artist with an academic background in Architecture to join our creative team. You’ll create high-quality 3D still images and animations that translate architectural ideas into visually powerful experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop photorealistic 3D renders and immersive walkthrough animations Interpret architectural plans, sketches, and CAD files into 3D visual narratives Collaborate with architects, developers, and marketing teams to tailor content to project goals Maintain workflow quality, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects efficiently Contribute creative input on lighting, composition, and storytelling in visual content Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field Strong portfolio of 3D architectural visualization work Proficient in tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Blender, or equivalent Experience in creating 3D animations and motion graphics Good communication skills to clearly convey ideas and collaborate with teams and clients Solid understanding of design intent and attention to detail Desirable Skills: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and After Effects Understanding of real estate marketing and buyer psychology Ability to effectively communicate visual ideas and revisions with clients What You’ll Get: Opportunity to work on high-profile architectural and real estate projects A collaborative and creative studio environment Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Growth potential within a fast-evolving visualization firm Walk in Interview at our office premises Monday to Friday - Morning 10 am to 2 pm , Interested Candiadtes can forward the resumes to pandiyan@vectorsol.com Regards M.
