Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Architect to join our design and build team. The ideal candidate will assist in architectural design, drafting, 3D visualization, and project documentation and supervision . You will work closely with project managers on a variety of residential, commercial, and interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create design concepts and architectural drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
• Assist in Create 3D models and rendering presentations for client approvals
• Prepare working drawings, layouts, and detailed plans
• Support the team with site visits, measurement documentation, and client meetings
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and vendors as required
• Stay up-to-date with architectural trends, materials, and design practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in an architecture or interior design firm
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (Revit & Lumion is a plus)
• Good understanding of building codes and design principles
• Strong design portfolio showcasing academic or internship projects
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
